This dealership is a scam!!! They are manipulating these young people. I was contacted by my unlicensed nephew who had already signed paperwork to buy a car. He had no money and no down payment. He was asking me for the down payment. I said no because it sounded like a bad deal, the salesman took over the conversation on my nephew’s cellphone. He basically said he was going to force my nephew to take the car then garnish his wages for the money that he didn’t have. I asked for management. He claimed he was management. He then proceeded to hang up on me because he couldn’t manipulate me like he did my nephew. Very unethical!! Believe the bad reviews. The good ones are probably from the people that work there.

Bought my second car off of Dream Machine! I absolutely love my BMW definitely an upgrade from my Chevy Malibu! They never disappoint they made the buying process easy and stress free! Definitely would recommend to family and friends!

Sold a broken car to a non licensed person. Took advantage of them and when confronted with their unethical behavior they demanded we pay $4k for them to take the car back. The car is non drivable at the moment the person was coerced to signed. They told this person not to tell anyone about the “special deal!”
Shady!! Stay away!! This is a terrible business taking advantage of young impressionable people!

I came here last year in May because an employee basically harassed me at the transit station to check out cars because i was getting in an uber. I repeatedly told him i was fine with not having a car because i was leaving soon for military reasons, he persisted so i went check them out. They gave me outrageous prices for high mileage cars (i never told them i knew anything about cars but since im a female the guys just assumed). I ended up saying no and leaving months later my husband and i went again just to snoop around and they guy that was showing us cars tried to pry in our financial business saying we don’t have any money because we are E2, then he proceeded to lie about a car when we already knew it wasn’t better than what he had. This entire dealership is a scam and is horrible. NOT TO ADD BUT THE LYING EMPLOYEE HAD HIS UNDERWEAR ON INSIDE OUT AND HIS PANTS BELOW HIS BUTT. completely unprofessional !!!
