Chocolate Brown, Two-Piece Sectional With Seat Covers Included - $300

Well-loved, well-cared-for, super comfy sectional looking for a new home due to an upcoming move into a smaller space. (Do you have at least 10 ft. by 7 ft. to fit this beast into? If not, you can stop reading. Full dimensions below.) This sectional is perfect for lounging, football watching, and movie nights. It can easily accommodate five people sitting, two overnight guests, or three large dogs sprawled out and snoozing. Speaking of dogs, this sectional has always lived with pets. That’s why I bought some very nice, velvety, matching seat covers, which wash very easily. The covers also cover up the battle scars from this couch’s misspent youth (a few cigarette burns and some random spots of discoloration - see photos). Rest assured, this sectional has not been anywhere near any type of smoke for at least five years and has been steam-cleaned at least annually for many years. The covers for the upper cushions can also be removed and washed. I work really hard to keep this gentle giant of a couch clean. How large is it? When put side by side, the sectional is a total length of 118.5 inches (yes, that’s nearly 10 feet). Plus add in a little extra for cushion floof. Each piece (there are two) measures: Length: 81.5” Depth: 37” Height: 31.5” You will need at least two people and a larger truck to take it away (including down about four steps). Located very close to Delgado Community College and the southwest corner of City Park. Photos show the sectional with the covers on the seat cushions, except the photos where they obviously don’t.
