Very Good condition , 130000 miles, brought from Texas so NO RUST , Last year drove to/from North Carolina , Runs great , it has Maintenance Light on ,Checked with BMW Diagnostic it has Vacuum issue , Changed Secondary air pump, DISA V/v , PVC Valve ,Intake air Gasket & some hoses changed. ,you can check with your Mechanic ,Front Right Control Arm bushing need change , Convertible Top I did not used for a while & tried today ,I had to open manually & could not close it manually ,something with Latch gears , it has a Salvage title since 2005 But No issues , currently state of Indiana Lean free title.
