No title bill of sale only! Project camper needs work! Been sitting a long time it needs a new fridge he needs a new control panel and the roof to be resealed it does have a leak and then just a deep cleaning. Parts and labor you're looking at around $1,000 or less the control panel is about 500 if you got a brand new fridge there about 400 bucks too if you got a used one you could get it for cheaper. Sealant isn't too much at all and then just elbow grease cleaning it up. This camper is worth $10,000 I'm asking $3,500 as it is take it or leave it.
