Appears to be made by Hull and embellished with gold trim, a gold puff on the top of her hat and blue flowers on the front of her dress. It is inscribed on the bottom “made for Dolores by mother 1953” great shape. The tip of the hat is chip one of the flowers chipped and basket chipped. Very unique piece. I can’t find another light. It stands 12 inches tall and 8 inches wide. Bf
