Classic GMC in Arlington was recommended to us by an acquaintance. The recommendation was spot on. Travis Lancaster actually met us as we walked in the door. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicles. He worked nonstop to answer our questions, showed us  multiple options and was patient with us as we considered each. They sold me a 2024 Dodge Ram with a dented radiator, a broken shutter grill, and no bumper. I discovered this two days after buying it because I took the truck to a mechanic's shop to get it checked out, and they didn't want to take responsibility because I gave them a bad review. I don't recommend this dealer. They have bad service, and the managers think they own the place. I don't recommend them. Don't buy your cars there.

I had to use my spare tire of my new truck with more than 12000, for the first time. Long behold its melted due to being tighted to hard.  So I take it to the dealership, hoping to just give me a new tire, since it was a manufacturer fault. WOW! I get every excuse in the book why its my fault. After them realizing the excuses won't work, now the warranty purchase comes into play. We can't help you without warranty etc... So,  I'm like u are willing to loose a customer over a spare tire and without a care in his mind he's like yes. So now I left with a melted spare tire and and need to find a new GMC home!. Thanks Classic GMC.
