Easier to fit on gimbal FAQ: 1. Is there a cage for this camera: Not out the box. There are options to have a custom cage 3d printed. I used my tilta cage for BMPCC4k and customized it to fit and it worked perfectly. I had rods on the bottom, a side handle on the left. Was even able to use my DJI Focus Pro Lidar system for autofocus on my cinema lenses. 2. The external ribbon connecting the monitor is sturdy and does not come out of the camera or monitor unless totally careless with camera. 3. No overheating issues with battery being on the back of the camera. 4. Yes the monitor is bright enough to see when shooting outside on bright days. However, you can still add a second monitor as well.
