I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0 L Diesel at Brown Brothers back in February and I'm so happy i did. This vehicle gave me a heating issue 2 weeks after but Bob and his team got it fixed in due time. I highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a great car at a great price without having to spend over $20k. Most of the inventory is priced anywhere from $6,991 to $14,991. Even some 4X4 trucks are under $15k. Best CX service and best sales team in the area.

Went to look at their bright red 1998 C5 Corvette, car looked very nice but was throwing up multiple errors on the dash. Doug from Brown Brothers said it was "just sensor issues" and that the car was otherwise fine. He agreed to let me drive it about 25 mins to my mechanic for them to do a pre-buy inspection (I had to get gas on the way because they gave it to me on empty). My mechanic basically told me "this car is in such bad shape we're not even sure how you got it here without it breaking down on the side of the highway" and that it would be more than 10K to fix all the issues. The mechanic also told me that the car had gone into "Limp Mode" and wouldn't drive more than 20 MPH. I called Doug who seemed pissed and reminded me it was my responsibility to get the car back to them. (The car they KNEW was cooked). $295 emergency tow to get it back to them before they closed. Absolutely will NEVER be back to this dealership, and PLEASE if anyone is reading this and interested in their C5, stay FAR FAR AWAY.

I would give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible service and no sales reps were familiar with any vehicles on their lot.  We put a hold on this truck. After doing so, supposedly all types of things wrong with it. Yet the rep wasn't able to show us any documents or service reports on the vehicle we wanted. Even tho we had a put 500 to hold it..a week later, nothing was fix but they kept insisting on running the miles up. When asked to test it ourselves,  that sales rep said, WHY...WITH AN ATTITUDE.  They tried to sell us a truck that had a hard time starting and a cracked windshield across the front bottom.  All types of rude service from them.  It's not what the sales representative wants...it what the customer wants. And evrytime we kept asking about the vehicle my husband wanted, they kept getting more rude. When asked to seee service reports he got more rude and said he would get it but might take an hr...wow
Also we asked about a black audi on the lot. Notice damage under the front. That rep said it was in a front end collision where the air bags went off. While we were waiting for paperwork on our truck.  A man and son came in asking the same question about the audi.  Those ppl sales rep came to ask the SAME GUY WE HAD ASKED ABOUT IT....AND OUR REP SAID HE DOESNT KNOW BUT WILL LOOK AT TH CARFAX.  WEIRD, considering we had just asked him about that same exact car about an hr earlier.
Shady business,  horrible service,  no people skills. No knowledge of any vehicles on the lot
