This rv is close to being finished. All the mold was killed and removed (this was from being stored). It's been painted inside. I've installed a diesel heater (5kw). There's 560watts of solar on the roof with a 40A mppt controller and 2ea 100aH lithium batteries for energy storage (these will be brand new, they arrive on the 22nd of July 2025). The original furniture fell apart so I built a counter where the table was and put in a rocker recliner. There's a 5 drawer dresser behind the chair that can be used for food or pots/ pans. Turn it into your pantry. There's 4 ea 7 gallon propane tanks. And 6 tires that are in great shape with 2 being new. It needs flooring ( about $300). A toilet (you should always replace the toilet when buying a used rv). The bed is decent but you should put in your own. The fridge and stove work well. The oven handle needs attention. What I'm looking to trade for is an enclosed tandem wheel (meaning 2 axles) utility trailer. I have not included images of the inside of the rv bc all my things are still in it. Wanna trade? The image of the utility trailer is an example of what I seek (altho not quite as large) It'll save both of us lots of money. I have clear title in hand. Utility trailer should be of the same or very close to the value of my rv which is about $5000.
