Comes complete with 45 lb Olympic bar and 1 set of each standard Olympic weight sets (2 of each) as follows: 45, 35, 25, 10, 5, and 2.5 lbs Will disassemble for easier transport and removal from the room it is in as it is quite heavy and sturdy when it is all together.
