Hello, this is a black leather couch. It’s in great condition. There are some stains of food that can be cleaned off. There’s also two spots that are pictured that have superglue on them. That can be also cleaned off. There are spots that are super shiny It’s because I just cleaned the couch :) The couch is roughly 8 1/2 feet long And 5 feet long when it comes to the lounge part and it comes with storable ottoman which is roughly a little over 2 feet. I am located in Alhambra. I do not provide moving services. You would have to provide your own moving services for the couch when I bought the couch, the moving man had to put together the couch together in two pieces so keep that in mind . pick up is an Alhambra message me with any questions thank you
