I'm glad I finally got a full refund for the tin box I purchased. I bought a Ford fiesta for $7200. The first time I drove it on the freeway, the car was working overtime to get up to the speed limit. The transmission was slipping. The AC wiring was all messed up so it blew out of all the vents, regardless of the settings. I notified the dealership. Brought the car back and was carless for a week. I got a random call from a body shop asking me for $800 for a transmission inspection. I told the dealership I wanted my money back. Luckily, I was referred to this dealership by someone who knew the owner. When I went back to the dealership, I was talked down to by someone I had previously never met. No idea who this dude was. I politely asked to please get my refund after he told me I'm only getting a refund because I know someone. That was last Tuesday. I had my partner call yesterday to see if the refund had processed (while I was on the phone with my bank verifying the refund). She spoke to Joe. Someone else we hadn't interacted with. He was completely unprofessional and out of line. Basically told us we're on our own and we have to figure it out. Fabian (the sales guy who sold me the human mouse trap) was really nice. The only complaint I have about him is he was really difficult to get a hold of throughout the process. Overall this place was a nightmare to deal with. Thankful to never go back there again.

Came here after my daughter and her boyfriend bought a car from Josh. Josh and Joe at Prime Dealer are amazing to work with. They worked together to get me into an amazing vehicle that I love. If you don’t have the best credit they can work with you to get you into a vehicle.

Terrible place , had nothing but issues constantly. I've had to have my car worked on 2x within the month I've had it , check engine light is still on but I'm getting it fixed myself. They don't care about you after they sell you the car they only care about getting their money. If you call them with any issues you're having after they either ignore you or get annoyed and act rude and unprofessional. They told me they sent my hard copy of my plate out and come to find out they never did. Here it is 2-3 months later and I go to get my own at the DMV and they look up the car and can't give me a plate because it's still in someone else's name, they never switched it to our name so we're driving on dead tags and all they want to do it get mad and argue instead of fix the problem and be apologetic and professional and caring. They're difficult to work with I would never recommend them ever. I'm still riding around with dead tags and they won't help me I have to keep pushing to get this resolved on my own. Finally got a hold of manager and he said now it's in the process but wants to ignore my call and argue with me through text about it. Super professional. Terrible

I would like to let everybody know that Prime Dealer LLC.  This car dealership a very good lot to buy from. When I got there to look for a vehicle. I was approached by a salesperson by the name of Fabian. He was so friendly to me. He asked me for what I was looking for. I would recommend customer's to come see Fabian. Thank you Fabian for all your help.
