Arrived 10 minutes early, check-in took a while, and still waited 2 and half hours for an oil change & the tire rotation service offer that is listed on their site. I guess service comes a side of theft. Came in with 2 window sun protectors, left with 1. Hey, they could’ve misplaced. But why does it need to be removed for an oil service. Just wanted to get out of there, not worth the hassle. They did not even bother wiping down oil pan after either, fresh oil everywhere. Just take your car to a local small business, where people actually have work ethics. The ‘urgently hiring people’ sign out front was a clear red flag I missed when pulling in.

I bought a 2025 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss new. Huge amount off sticker. Really like that it's made in St. Louis, MO instead of Mexico! Love the leather and 11.3 inch onboard computer, got a 6 year extended warranty up to 100,000 miles!

Edit: It has now been  45 days since I bought my Colorado and the dealership appears to have lost my paperwork to get it licensed and registered with AZMVD and my payoff to the old lender. Contacted the GM. The GM was useless and now after all this time AZMVD and old lienholder got the paperwork.

Can't believe i got what I wanted for even less than I anticipated. I wanted brand new mid size suv with remote start, sun roof, and updated screen system. I'd been looking quite literally all over the valley to find one for less than 30k and they were able to get me in a 2026 chevy Trax with all featers for 28,500. Gap and extended warranty was also part of that price! If you want something bad enough...they'll get you into it. They want you just as much as you want that car.
