Used window air conditioner. Worked great this last summer and could cool a room quickly. Also works as an air filter, and portable heater for the winter. Comes with working remote, timer (set on and sleep timer) and window vent and hose. Slight tape residue on one side but could be scraped off with a little effort. Works great and other than the tape residue in perfect condition. Similar one sells for over $400 new.
