45 lb Olympic Barbell – standard 7 ft, great for squats, bench, deadlifts EZ Curl Bar – ergonomic bends for curls, skull crushers, triceps, etc. Both bars are solid steel, smooth spin, standard Olympic sleeves (2” plates) Iron plates also available on my page Condition: Great shape, just some cosmetic wear.
