This was purchased for Christmas brand new and then my husband left 10 days later. It’s practically brand new. The bench itself has feet stabilizer bar and fully adjustable seating and back board. The bar with no weights is 40 lbs I think plus it comes with 4 x 10 lb plates and anchors to keep them on. As an added BONUS, I will throw in a set of also practically brand new 2 x12lb free weights (approximate value $50)
