Great trailer in excellent condition. Everything is in great shape and the tires are new with only about 600 miles. It has been stored in covered parking. Mattress is new, 8 inch memory foam, been used about half a dozen times. Weight distribution hitch and setup included. Battery is a year old. AC, fridge and freezer, heater, shower, awning and speaker system, outdoor fridge, stove and sink.
