The sales team was very friendly as expected, especially the young lady I worked with. I was very happy with my choice and would give a 5 star if the financing portion was quicker. But I would definitely recomend checking this place out if your in need of a vehicle.

Since I purchased my Honda Pilot I have taken it here for every oil change and other services needed. Everyone is so friendly and great at explaining what my car needs, and the videos of the service done are great.  If I'm not able to afford some of the services at that time, they don't push the issue but give me a reminder on my next oil change. Only improvement to be made would to be to get rid of the call center for making an appointment. I would rather talk to someone that I know at the center I'm taking my vehicle. The call center people are completely clueless

I took my Honda in for servicing. All went great. It was seamless from beginning to end. I had a follow up question about my bill & needed to correct some contact information so I sent an email to a sales manager, Mark Phillips. He called me within minutes. He was solution oriented, and understood my problem immediately. We ended up having a good laugh. I value customer focused interactions in sales personnel. Process was painless, and the service from Sam was top notch (even picked me up, no uber). If all dealerships start providing such great customer service, car buying will be fun again. Also, a shout out to Zach at F&I—really affable man who gave me some good laughs with some great stories.
