Vintage MCM Typewriter Table Nightstand

This vintage mid-century modern typewriter table was produced by MASO Steel Products in Chicago, IL in the 1950’s. We’ve used it as a night stand for years but it would also would also make a great end table. It’s sturdy and well built. It can easily handle 100 lbs loaded on it. Dimensions: 26” H, 15” D, 20” W in folded configuration. When both spring loaded table leaves are unfolded the table measures: 26” H, 15” D, 35” W in folded configuration. Materials: Grey enameled steel, stainless steel hardware, rubber casters Features: small document storage drawer with 10” x 12” x 1” interior dimensions, two spring loaded folding table leaves that extend the width of the table by approximately 8” on each side when unfolded, two swivel casters in the front, two locking swivel casters in the rear. Condition: Fair. Drawer, table leaves, and swivel casters all operate smoothly. Some surface wear - scratches and surface rust with light pitting. You could sand and repaint this piece to restore it back to its former glory or lean into the weathered patina look and just spray it with some clear coat like we did.
