Uniden President HR 2510 CB/Ham Radio

This is a Uniden President model # HR-2510 10-Meter all-mode Ham Radio Transceiver, recently acquired from an online auction. This radio has been tested and functions as it should. It is currently transmitting at 7 watts on AM (as verified with an Astatic PDC2 SWR/Watt meter) with a power microphone. This unit has some cosmetic wear and missing a couple of the case screws, but that does not seem to affect its function. The previous owner used this unit as a base station, so there are rubber feet on the bottom of the unit, as seen in the photos. It works SSB, AM, FM and CW modes, and would work RTTY, PSK or other digital modes with the right interface to your computer. It requires +13.8 Volts DC power from a car battery or other DC Power Supply. It has such features as frequency memories, RIT, Scanning, Receiver Squelch and Noise Blanker, SWR Meter and other features that you'd find in a typical modern high-end Ham Radio HF Transceiver.
