Room for sale $750

Hello. I am currently living in the Broussard/Lafayette area. I work offshore and have a second room available. To be honest, I’m spending money on an apartment. I’m barely even at because of my work schedule. I’m usually going 40 to 60 days at a time. The pictures you see are the room that is available as well as the apartment space. The room shown is the room you will be utilizing. At time of moving, I will have my girlfriend go over and remove anything out of the room that you do not want or wish to switch around. The other room will be occupied by my girlfriend and her children. We are just looking for a reliable and responsible roommate at least for the next year or two. As I said you will be expected to pay $750 or other Bills will be covered. Water is free. You are expected, however, to buy your own groceries. If you are interested, please text me your email and I will send you the renters application. Please do not be shocked that there is an application fee of $60 and that is for the background check. Also, if you do not have a good credit history of at least one to two years please do not apply. If you think this is a scam, please do not reply. Last but not least please have a reliable source of income.
