Zenn electric car street legal like golf cart

Do research.. It's a micro car from France sent to Ontario with no drivetrain where Zenn motor company planted a electric drivetrain and called them Zenn cars. Produced from 2006-2009 only 500 made. Cost was 17,500 base model. This has electric A/C, sunroof, bcc stereo, electric windows and locks, keyless entry.. Fully loaded. Brushless motor upgraded controller and does 37mph. Only has 1,500 miles in this and it's RARE and fun to drive. Brand new batteries a month old, 6 12v batteries. This is the coolest thing I've seen, gets tons of attention.. Looks new.. It's a low speed vehicle and meant for roads posted 35mph or less.
