Louro is a good salesman. But unfortunately,  he doesn't call the shots... Once the 15 day warranty is up, your on your own.  2 days after I made my first payment,  the motor seized. Here I am, over 2 months later,  still without a car,  struggeling to make $400 payments cuz i lost my job cuz of this ordeal. I only got negative help from Rafael, the man who calls the shots. I could of bought from 3 other places... I chose Heat Auto Sales... What a mistake! I'm on my own still trying to figure out what I'm going to do. BEWARE!!!!
