Basically brand new condition was used for short time inventorying for a small business. Battery health still top notch no cracks no dings minimal scratches all buttons work perfect speakers work perfect it's been reset , restored to factory settings and is ready to be setup with a new use. Has 128 gb rather than your typical 64 not sure what else to include if you have any other questions fire away. FIRM ON THE PRICE it's low as is and I'm desperately needing the money to pay off an emergency vet visit so I will not be intriguing / entertaining any offers for a lower amount I just don't have the time or energy Keep in mind a restored iPad in this condition goes for twice as much anywhere else so snag the deal or don't thank you shipping could be considered not preferred
