It loads and plays CDs just fine, and all outputs work fine, too. The only problem is that it is very sensitive to vibrations. If you have it in a stereo rack/cabinet, it isn't a problem. However, if you have it on a tabletop and introduce vibration (e.g., setting down a drink on the tabletop), the CD will likely skip.
