Absolutely would not recommend buying from this dealership. The gentleman was very nice. Christie is very standoffish and rude. However the overall personality is not the reason for my recommendation. I found this dealership through Car Gurus. I bought the car out right cash with a very small amount left on an installment plan. I purchased the vehicle March 1st and as of June 30th I still have not received my registration or tags. My temporary plates expired the end of May, I than had to drive back to the dealership to get temporary plates. I try to reconcile the differences with the dealership directly however Chrisitie had a very unprofessional approach to say that my additional trip out there was my issue because I had to pay the installment payment, however I also had to go out there for the temp tag. Finally I recieve my plates but still missing the tags and registration. I had to spend two hours at dmv taking time off of work, again I followed up with Christie the blame was putting on DMV for processing. DMV would not give me tags because the dealership failed to register and tag the vehicle after the initial 90 days which they smogged the vehicle. Also there was fees. They did give me a check to pay the difference however would not reimburse the smog that I needed to take it to there mechanic. So a third trip to oakdale took place. When I went to look at the vehicle as well the vehicle had more miles than advertised almost 3k more which she said they used the vehicle to drive to Sacramento and used it for her own personal use. While all these are just minor things bigger issues had encountered is the vehicle was sold to me with recalls I was notified through my insurance company. I also had to replace my breaks and turn the rotors beginning of May which is only 2 months of having the vehicle. I am now experiencing more issues again with the vehicle. I'd really save your time and shop around I honestly could have found something better I bought this vehicle with many interior defects on top of it, I'd save yourself the time and headache

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek a year ago and absolutely love it. Bill the Salesperson was extremely helpful and Christie found me a great finance company. I highly recommend Speciality Auto and will definitely buy my next car there.

Kristy & her husband treated us very well, were patient with our questions, were invaluable in regards to getting through the DMV & helping settle our nerves during the auto loan process. I bought a 2020 Honda Civic from this lot and I have nothing, but amazing things to say about this place! (And the car!!) First off, I have known the owners for a couple years now and they are hands down the most generous and kind-hearted people you will ever meet, especially in this industry. This was my first big purchase on my own and they went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service by making me feel safe and comfortable from the minute I stepped into their building to the minute I drove off the lot; they also sold me the car for a fair price and their attention-to-detail showed that my satisfaction was in their best interest and I have never felt like this anywhere else! As for the car, they were 100% transparent about the vehicle and now I enjoy every second of driving it. I'm not one to write reviews, but numerous "thank-yous" could never amount to the appreciation I have towards the owners and I highly recommend this dealership!

We drove from fresno, nearly two hours to test drive the Subaru forester 2014 only to be met with hostility. I was really looking forward to potentially buying the vehicle but after the cold welcome and the pressure to run our credit for a simple test drive we were a bit disappointed. Furthermore, after waiting about 10-15 minutes after getting a look inside we got the opportunity to test drive. We felt tension with the sales man the whole time. He lied about how long the car was posted and on the lot, or maybe he simply didn’t know. I expect a dealer with not many vehicles to know the vehicle they are trying to sell. He also was clueless as to how many previous owners the vehicle had, saying it only had one owner not even bothering to confirm his guess. We looked at the vehicle history showing it had more than two previous owners. He insisted that running our credit to test drive was because people tend to test drive for “fun” and not buy the vehicle. So we were seen as just people who we’re coming all the way from Fresno to just test drive this vehicle for fun. No everyone is for-sure going to buy a vehicle they test drove once. We explore our options. We all won’t run our credit for every car we test drive once. All in all. The type of treatment was not good. We will not be recommending this dealer for those who care about customer service and a warm welcome. The vehicle itself sounded funny and he insisted it was normal. I’ve drove another forester and other Subarus in my lifetime and no it is not normal.
