Family run business and everyone communicates with each other.   When we test drove the car we had a few questions over a couple days and whoever picked up the phone knew who we were and what we were calling for.

What a great place to get a used car. Greg was an amazing salesman, very knowledgeable about every vehicle on the lot, and such a nice fellow. Chris the financial guy got me approved and had the paperwork ready. He was very professional as well. I will be getting all my vehicles from these guys from here on out.

While the buying process initially seemed smooth, everything after the sale has been frustrating and disappointing due to poor communication, lack of accountability, and multiple issues with the vehicle that should have been addressed beforehand.

Before purchasing the car, I was told the fuel pump recall had already been handled by Honda. However, just 4 days after buying the vehicle, the car broke down and left me stranded on the side of the road at night. I then had to take it to a Honda dealership myself, where the issue was properly fixed. This should never have happened if the recall repair had actually been completed properly prior to sale.

During my initial test drive, the low tire pressure light was already on. I was told it just needed air, and they filled the tires before I purchased the vehicle. Shortly after, the light came back on. When I brought it to a tire shop, they found a nail in one of the tires. On top of that, the front tires were already worn and needed replacement soon, and there were clear signs that a proper wheel alignment had not been done. I ended up having to replace all four tires and get an alignment, costing me over $700 out of pocket immediately after purchase.

Shortly after purchase, I also experienced issues with the heating system, which was later diagnosed by a Honda dealership as a faulty mode door actuator.

I was also told regarding the extended warranty to “just take it to Honda or wherever you want,” without any explanation that the warranty only covers a limited “market rate” for labor, diagnostics, and parts. As a result, I am now responsible for a significant portion of the repair costs despite having a $0 deductible plan. This lack of transparency was misleading and should have been clearly explained upfront.

In addition, the out-of-state registration process was extremely stressful. As my temporary tag was about to expire, I had to repeatedly call, text, and email just to get updates. Messages were ignored or delayed, and I was told multiple times that I would receive follow-up information that never came unless I reached out again. For something as important as registration, this level of communication is unacceptable.

What stands out the most is not just the number of issues, but the lack of accountability. At no point did I feel that the dealership took ownership of these problems or made a real effort to resolve them proactively.

When I attempted to negotiate the price of the vehicle, I was told there was very little profit in the deal and was given personal stories to justify the pricing rather than a willingness to work with me. In hindsight, this felt inappropriate and unrelated to the transaction.

I understand this is a family-owned business, but that does not excuse ignoring customers after the sale, failing to properly ensure a vehicle is ready and safe before handing it off, or not being transparent about important details like warranty limitations.

Buyers should be extremely cautious, especially with out-of-state purchases, and be prepared to follow up persistently to get basic things handled.

Overall, this experience has been far more stressful and costly than it should have been, and I would not choose to work with this dealership again.

The purchase of our Lexus from Cason & Chris was great. Paperwork already finished and ready for us to sign, car was freshly cleaned and gas tank filled up. Overall experience was great they were nice people and treated us like family. No  hassle with any added on fees or expenses. Gave us a great price and stuck to it. I already had a black Lexus and my husband purchased the white one… They made our experience phenomenal and a dream come true of having his & her matching cars
