In good used condition. I ended up buying a Milwaukee to match the rest of my tools. This works and functions as it should but has never been able to sink 2.5 inch galvanized nails into composite boards like I need it to. New it costs $300. I am pricing it at $80 because of how limited it is in my experience. You can test it before buying it, it will work for some applications, just not what I need. Includes battery and charger. Carrying bag included in full price offer only.
