Description

This bike needs work, please read. This is a project that has been on the road but has a few issues to sort out. The main one is the new rings never seated properly and the engine has low compression until it is warmed up properly. If you remove the spark plugs and squirt oil in the cylinder the compression tests fine, so I know it is the piston rings. The cylinder machining is one of the only parts of the work that I didn't do myself, oddly enough. Other issues include a soft rear brake (new rebuild kit included) and a sticky/worn fork headtube bearing. As you can see from the list below this bike has a ton of aftermarket, high quality parts on it and for anyone who is willing to put a little work in it will be a great bike. The fenders are casts of the original, remade in carbon fiber. The battery/airbox has been deleted and electronics are in an underseat tray. I added oil filtration and oil pressure gauge, neither are stock. This bike has been sitting for about 5 years and I have not touched it, hence me selling it. This bike has Collectors plates and I have a clean title in hand. New parts include: EBC Floating brake discs New alloy brake calipers Sniper II braided brake lines New wheel bearing front and rear New Excel rims front and rear Conti Classic Attack tires New front master cylinder Freshly rebuilt carbs K&N cone filters New fuel tank petcock valves Engine rebuild: All new fasteners, nuts, bolts. All new bearings (rod bearings, transmission mainshaft bearings, piston cir clips etc) All new seals New clutch plates Head rebuild, new valves and guides. New crankcase breather filter New Head gasket Aftermarket oil gauge Aftermarket oil filter (there isn’t one stock) New exhaust cam, Triumph 70-9990 Powedrcoated frame New Hagon rear shocks Swingarm bushings and seals Renthal handlebars Fork lowers rebuilt Progressive rate fork springs New billet fork end caps LED turn signals New electronic ignition New rectifier LED brake light with adjustable flasher New wiring harness Motogadget LED speedo/tach
