This is a 1993 Lance camper Is extremely well cared for Air conditioner works great Heater works great Stove is hardly used as oven, which is almost never been used. It all works great. The roof is one sheet, no leaks The windows do not leak and work well There are no leaks under the sinks The bathroom has a medicine chest a little cabinet under the sink has a toilet and a working shower It has all new curtains and a new shade in the kitchen. The curtains are room darkening. The bathroom has a new vent cover in the ceiling The cushions on the seats are in good shape The windows have had insulated covering over them, so the inside is not ruined by the sun. There is solar on the roof and it works really well There’s a new battery There is an inverter There are two propane tanks that have been recertified There is an outside shower that works There is a step on the outside by the back door Holding tanks do not leak There are extra lights on the outside There are electric jacks His camper is in exceptional shape. Lance makes great products. This camper is large, but not too heavy 2800 pounds This camper needs a 8 foot bed We have a towbar that will be included There is 10 feet of walking space from the sink area to the back door and another 6 or 7 feet above the cab This camper has new lights inside with LED bulbs This camper has lots of charging ports that were added This camper has a new mattress This camper has lots of storage The carpeting is not stained and in good shape Lance is a dependable well made product
