I recently bought a car through Autotech  in Malden, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
Eddie, the owner, and Joyce, his office manager, were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They conducted a thorough review of the vehicle I was interested in, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. What truly impressed me was that all the repairs they promised were made as agreed, ensuring the car was in top condition before I drove it off the lot.
On top of that, they went above and beyond by assisting with all the necessary paperwork to register the car, which saved a lot of time and hassle.
I highly recommend Autotech to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto service in Malden.

Ed was so helpful when we needed to find a Jeep we could tow behind our RV.  Excellent communication and he found a great vehicles at a great price.

Mr. Ed is a really great car person. We traded our old truck in for a newer version. He fixes whatever needs to be fixed with a good sense of humor, smile, and good knowledge of the vehicles. I feel compelled to write this review about the experience I had buying a car last year. Basically,  it went terribly.  Car had multiple issues from the get go. One of the biggest issues was the rocker panels were rusted out completely ( under the tar they covered  it with). The problem I'm having with that is I can't even sell the car to anyone because of the condition of the body. I wouldn't sell this car to another human being knowing what I know. After reassuring  me ,after I bought the car, that this hack job was perfectly fine, to my suspicion,  holes started to appear on the rocker panels from the quick fix they did to sell the car. He made me feel as though I got a deal on the car , might I add. My mechanic was horrified at the condition of this vehicle after I bought it  . My bad for not bringing it to him first, that was one of my own personal  errors made in this situation.So with this all being said, now I will be stuck trading the car in a dealership for a very low value. I thought this was going to be a good experience  here but I quickly learned that it was not. Very typical used car dealer. Possibly more deceitful and less caring though, in my humble opinion.  Beware buying a car from this place, or simply  do not.
