Handy Homes Majestic 8x12 shed with shingles, roof vents, and floor. It’s weird that I have to say it has a floor, but some don’t I guess. It’s only 2 years old. There is a spider in it (not why we are selling it) that keeps it bug free. He’s a good spider, his name is Jim. We ask that you keep him employed after the transition. The shed is painted, sits on 4x4’s so no slab needed - but you can still put it on one. You’ll probably need to disassemble it to take it home. It’s nail construction, not screws. If you have a decent trailer and the cojones you may be able to get it home without disassembly.
