Description
PLEASE READ AD We got a 1972 Streamline trailer. We took everything out, only the shell was left. We fixed all the holes, filled all the seams with caulk, insulated the floors and started to remodel. The walls are about 4 inches, very well insulated! -We put in new floors. -Made a dinette that turns into a huge bed (very comfortable) -Lots of storage space under the dinette. -The kitchen is fully remodeled with a butcher block counter top, mini fridge and freezer, sink, and faucet. The kitchen sink goes to the gray water tank, which is then opened outside to drain. -Open shelvings on both sides of the trailer. -A wood stove that has a heating water tank. +++The wood stove has been redone and now the chimney goes out through the roof not the wall. We used high quality chimney pipes, burns efficiently and keep the trailer very warm! -A couch that turns into a bed 80 inches long and 34 inch wide when opened as a bed. ( the sofa needs cushions made) -On the opposite side of the couch is a bed. If needed you could add an upper bunk for another child on this bed. -The ceiling is all T&G cedar which makes it look and feel like a wood cabin. -The bathroom has a place for a shower and a composting toilet. The sink and faucet has been installed. The shower is almost completed. -The trailer walls are very well insulated with foam about 4 inches thick. REAL pine on the walls. -aluminum like an airstream What else needs to be fixed? -shower -toilet -finish small portion of the walls in the bathroom -screen door -cushions for the sofa and smaller bed next to kitchen -kitchen vent/fan -2 windows cracked It is in livable condition as is. It is all newly remoeled and only lived in for 2 months... Its only minor things that could be added if you wanted to. Please email me for more question if needed Since this is a vintage trailer, we had to take it to state patrol. We are not able to get a title for it for 3 years. We have not registered it because it wasn't going on the roads, we were using it as a tiny house only. If you were to buy it, we can write out a bill of sale with the state patrol paperwork, and you can either register it for the next 3 years or just place it on your property as a tiny house, as a rental, as a guest house. Let me know if you have any more questions.
