This is simply the most low class used car dealership I have ever stepped foot on. The sales (men) are rude confrontational and are straight up looking for a fight. Customer service 0/10. Mark and Daniel have zero customer service skills and have the customer service of bouncers at a bar. Rather than make up for miscommunication - they are aggressive rude and seem like they are looking to start something… mind you I am a customer inquiring about vehicles. Imagine u tell a salesman you are upset and that u don’t want to deal with him- and his response is “so are you going to hit me then?”. Do not buy a car here. And don’t even call to inquire or stop by either. 0/10. -5/10. I can’t even give this place a worse review .

I’m a new delivery driver who was counting on a work van purchased from Auto Republic to start earning income and supporting my family. My boss handled the entire transaction—payment was made, paperwork signed, and the keys were handed over. No one ever mentioned that anything else was needed.

Then we found out they had made a paperwork error, and now the title is being withheld. I legally can’t drive the van, which means I can’t work. I’m losing hours, falling behind on bills, and stuck waiting—all because of their mistake.

Instead of owning it, Paul—who handled the sale—tried to make my boss pay $27 to fix the issue. When my boss rightly said they should cover their own mistake (or maybe their buddy Fernando, who didn’t follow basic instructions), Paul hung up on him. Then he told us it would take another week to resolve and not to call back. No apology. No accountability. Just rudeness, silence, and stalling.

They were quick to take our money, but slow to take responsibility. And their carelessness is now threatening my job, my income, and my ability to support my family. This isn’t just bad service its truly unacceptable embarrassing and effecting more than one person.

My boss, Anthony, purchased a work van from a man named Paul at Auto Republic. Everything moved swiftly — our financing partner transferred the funds that same week. When Anthony arrived to pick up the van, another representative, Fernando, reviewed the documents, handed over the paperwork and keys, and simply said, “Drive safe.” At no point was there any mention of additional documentation or steps required.

Now, our business is being negatively impacted due to an error on their end. They’re withholding the title and telling us we need to fix it — including sending Anthony all the way to California just to get a travel permit.

They had no problem taking the payment quickly, but their follow-through has been nonexistent. And yes — they’ve been holding the title for over a week now. We’re starting to wonder if that’s even legal.

Pretty bad experience with the sales person named Mario. Was looking at a vehicle priced at 16k and shows me addons worth 4k bringing the total up to 20. The car looks nice on the outside but don't let them deceive you, The alignment was completely off on the car, I called them out about it but they said they will still have the car for sale. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS NOT A TRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP

Very unpleasant experience. We decided to buy a car for our flower business, but immediately after the purchase we had problems with paperwork, which made my job as a driver difficult. At the moment I am losing time and money due to downtime. Very unpleasant.
