Authentic mid-century Kodak Brownie Holiday Flash Camera made in Rochester, New York, USA. Features the original Dakon lens, molded dark brown/black body, optical viewfinder, carrying strap, and attached Kodalite Midget Flasholder with reflector and translucent flashguard/diffuser. The Brownie Holiday Flash was introduced in 1954 and remained in production through 1962, using 127 roll film. Its streamlined molded design was created by noted Kodak designer Arthur H. Crapsey. Excellent display piece for a vintage camera collection, photography studio, library, office, or mid-century decor. Displays strong original character with age-related surface wear, oxidation/tarnish on metal components, discoloration and wear to the flashguard, and wear to the strap and graphics as photographed.
