this is one of the smaller tumbleweed tiny houses available. it is unfinished. it was built right (to code), electrical is done, plumbing is done, it has a tankless hot water heater and mini split ac. it just needs someone with more time and a vision to finish it up. from the back of the overhang on the back, to the tip of the tow hitch is 18 feet. and it’s 8 feet wide. clean title in hand. let me know if you want to come check it out. -justin
