24’ Low mileage 70k orig miles Great beach cruiser Rv Chevy 350 motor selling due to financial hardship The good 3rd owner Rarely used Runs great Just spent $2k on repairs Working awning Registered current Has all things needed for smog and had passed twice with no issue The not so good Needs fridge I removed and have not replaced Needs water heater Needs a good cleaning inside and out Could use 2 new tires AC does not work Could use for the roof to be sealed it is older It’s a great project for someone but it does run and drive I have a contact for getting a replacement fridge and any repairs needed to get it all working which can be deducted from the price $3300 obo need to sell this asap flexible on price No trades I don’t need help selling
