I have been looking for a car for over a year. I had a lot of options but none of them seemed like something I would like, that will fit my lifestyle and needs. I need a roomy vehicle and mine was nice, but I needed more space. I happen to stop into Tracy Auto Plaza just to browse around and I saw quite a few cars that I really liked. The salesman Alex was helpful and answered all my questions on each individual car telling me the miles, the price, and even the Carfax details. I thought that was great, he was so eager to answer all my questions honestly. Although the cars were great that day, I left and decided to see if they have new inventory next weekend. On Valentines Day, (the next weekend) I stopped in while I was in Tracy and there was a lot of new cars in the lot. I did not plan on purchasing anything that day, but I did. I LOVE MY NEW FORD AND IT FITS ME AND MY LIFESTYLE PERFECT. I am so glad I stopped in because now I don't have to keep looking and having my phone blow up with sales calls. I recommend this auto sales business and especially Alex because he is fast, respectful and considerate when he serves the clients.

Alex provided exceptional assistance with my car situation, handling everything professionally and efficiently. He had all the paperwork prepared in advance, making the process smooth and quick. If you have struggles with getting approved I highly recommend going here, the team is awesome. As soon as I inquired online Frank called me right away and assured me they will do their best possible to help me get into a vehicle that I wanted. I tried a few different spots either rejected or offered a high monthly. Abe worked hard to find a lender for me and worked with my budgeted monthly. They are amazing!
