Clean Title on hand. Car is in good mechanical condition. Most wear and tear is exterior and/or cosmetic. Bought about 8 years ago and used as a daily driver (25 mile commute) without any issues. Tires are have maybe 15-20k miles on them and have about 75-80% life left, regular oil changes(just done), brake pads changed less than 10K miles ago. Battery replaced 3 months ago. Cold A/C, runs very well with no suspension nor rattling noises. All coils and spark plugs recently replaced. New cabin and air filters. Accepting reasonable offers.
