Vintage 1973 Bell 14 ft travel trailer New tires (roughly 200 miles), new axel, new trailer brakes, all new electrical wiring was done 4 years ago, but has sat since then. New ice box. Original flooring - cute front kitchen with rear dinette that turns into bigger than a double bed Twin size bunk above the dinette that can be enlarged to a double, but fits small children or can be used for storage WORKING/FLUSHING TOILET Propane stove and propane furnace, both working. Electric and battery operated lights Tows like a dream…weighs roughly 1500 lbs, we easily towed it with a Toyota Rav-4. NEEDS… To be resealed, definitely has a leak in the back. There’s water damage that has rotted the back interior walls Because of the water damage, the back bed frame area needs a lot of work. There’s been some warping and swelling The window frames need to be redone
