Anthony was so welcoming and made the entire car buying process painless. We had financing in place and he didn’t even blink. He found out our budget and pointed us toward the vehicles in our price range. No pressure about cars that were “so close” to our price point. No hassle test drive, gave us plenty of space to discuss with each other about what we were thinking and what we wanted to do. I actually left and came back the next day with my kid, the one I was buying the car for, and he didn’t give me any attitude at any point like so many other salesmen would. He was real, personable, and funny. When it came time to do the paperwork he was efficient and knowledgeable and handled it without a single issue. I would highly recommend buying here, especially as a woman buying a vehicle!

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a friendly, no pressure environment. Tanner was great! We talked about the vehicle I was interested in, and he was honest about the vehicle and told me what he knew about it. Being a "mechanic" myself, everything he said was true. The paperwork process was easy and straightforward. I've owned quite a few vehicles through the years, and this was a great experience.

Bottom line: reasonable pricing, easy to work with, no pressure or crazy sale tactics. I'd do business with them again! Thanks, guys.

I've read some other reviews on the page, and what people have to understand is that you are buying a used vehicle. Sometimes, the car lot does not fully know what the vehicle has been through (thats almost impossible). That being said, used cars sometimes break. This is a risk you are taking. I truly believe these guys are honest and trying to sell a good product.

I just got let go from this place. And let me tell ya. Definitely not a good place to buy a car they get these used cars for cheap and sky rocket the price. Once they bring the car to the dealership all they had me do was test drive and check fluids. Once I tell them hey this car has this car has this problem they say oh that is how that or this car runs. So be careful on what car you buy and actually really look into any car you get. And when I was working there the guy name Kyle is very rude always yells at me when all I'm doing is my best. But when customers come he's a whole different person. Any other questions I'll feel free to share.

These guys are honest and make sure you are informed on anything you ask. They were quick to answer our inquiry and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our budget and needs. Thanks to Kyle for being the best we love our new jeep!

We showed up, got to look at the van without Jay (the owner of the dealership) staring us down. He just left us alone the whole time. We loved the van, he gave us the keys and we got to test drive it. No issues. Showed us price right out the door and now we own a 2021 minivan for our family to make memories in. Thank you Jay at Cascade Motors in Lacey. Didn’t hassle us at all. Finally we have the van we have been wanting for a good price.
