I purchased this for $349 on Amazon in 2011. I don't have the dedication for home use, I need a trainer telling me what to do. 😂 Attachments included: ab crunch boards (attached in pics) , Pilates bar, dip bars, press up bars, a wing attachment, and a leg attachment . There is a little wear visible on the surface of the ab boards and the slide board, from normal use. It has the Instructions and exercises shown in a different book, or a flip chart that mounts on the machine, or a DVD with a step by step workout. I didn't like the DVD much, can't remember exactly why tho. I just made up my own routine. The leg attachment is the weird looking strap. It goes over your shoe to let you lift the board and yourself with your hamstring instead of using your quad. Because of the weight and volume of pieces, the best method is probably a porch pickup in Olathe near 127th and Ridgeview. Folded up, it is approximately 50" in length. I can help you load it, but please make sure you have an suv at least, with the seats folded down. I don't think it will fit across the back seat of a car, MAYBE in the trunk and back seat area, with seats folded down. It folds up for storage, once you know how, it isn't too hard, but I only fold it once in a while & have to look it up to remember how. Lol
