And let’s not forget Ross Samya, the sales manager who’s basically the puppet master of this operation. I’m pretty sure he could sell ice to a penguin, because he had me—a Texan with no LA street cred—feeling like I’d just roped the deal of the century. Between Ross Samya’s slick moves and Jesse Leeman’s charm, I was ready to two-step my way to the bank.

The 330e? Oh, she’s a beauty—sleek, shiny, and so quiet I could sneak up on a rattlesnake. I did all the negotiating from my porch in Texas, yelling “Take it or leave it!” into my phone like I was on Shark Tank, and these guys didn’t flinch. My parents in LA were probably sipping lattes, clueless that their little Kat was out here wrangling a BMW like a pro. When that 330e rolled up to my driveway, I about cried—it’s prettier than a bluebonnet field in spring!

Jesse Leeman deserves a medal—or at least a cold Shiner Bock—for being my long-distance car whisperer. Andre Makinadjian kept the chaos in check, and Ross Samya tied it all up with a bow.
