Length is 34' 7" with hitch, and 31'11" without the hitch and 8' wide, has 1 slide out Is being lived in at the moment, the heat, stove and hot water runs on propane, which there are 2 30 gallon tanks on it, lights runs on the battery and the electric, has really good heat and the A/C works great, which is in the ceiling, stove and oven works great. Needs some blinds and curtains and minor TLC, nothing major. Can stay where it is at the campground on monthly rent or can be moved. Pets are allowed if kept on a leash, we have a small dog , a good place to walk your dog Really close to Bristol motor speedway is in walking distance and real close to Walmart, food City and mad Greeks and more. We're just asking for $7,800.00 that's cheap to have a home and the lot rent here pays for everything electric, water, sewer and the lot. You just pay for propane and the monthly lot rent. Shadrach campground and we have a very good site. They also have a shower house and a laundry mat on site. and church on Sundays.
