Canoe - 16' Coleman "Scanoe" square back canoe w/ motor & fishing setup Coleman's 16' "Scanoe" square back canoe w/ transom designed for motor mounting comes set up to fish, Minn Kota Endura C2 30 lb thrust trolling motor, Hummingbird 160 fish finder (w/ working battery) anchor setup, rod holder mount, paddles Coleman made this canoe with a square back fitted with aluminum transom for mounting a gas motor or trolling motor. I set this boat up for convenience with the option for any setup I chose, whether I was by myself or with others, whether using both gas and trolling motors or just a single motor, whether I wanted to use trolling motor, fish finder, anchor or trolling motor battery at one end or the other. The canoe and accessories have all been well taken care of. I wired the canoe to be able to put the trolling motor battery at either end. If I was by myself with all my gear in the back I put the battery up front to counterbalance. You also have the option for 2 trolling motor batteries (1 at each end) if you think you need the extra juice for a long day. Extra wires are there for anything else you might decide you want wire up for power (lights [night fishing], phone charger, 2nd fish finder, whatever) The battery cable setup allows you to use trolling motor or fish finder from either end so if you have the gas motor in back, your buddy can use the trolling motor up front, or one of you can monitor the fish finder up front while the other operates the trolling motor at the rear or however you choose to set up for each trip. collapsible anchor setup is also designed to be used from front or rear (50' marine rope) Pilot seat back is removable & folds up flat for convenient transport Accessories attached to the canoe are designed to be taken off leaving canoe in it's original condition with no extra holes or hardware if you decide you don't want the add-ons.
