Excellent condition for the year except for the canvas. No leaks. New tires with spare. Lights work. Title in hand. Registration up to date. Canvas needs repairs, has some tears but I put a car cover over it if it seemed like it was going to rain and didn’t bother me. Perfect guest sleeping place for your desert property or tow it behind anything as it is under 1000 lbs for camping w the family. sleeps 6. Possibly trades for a dirt bike or quad or flat trailer. I’d rather have the room in my building for other stuff and don’t go camping anymore. Trailer is located in salton sea beach, close to and between ocotillo wells and Coachella.
