Frank was great—open to negotiating a deal that worked for my budget and needs. They allowed a pre-purchase inspection without hesitation, which speaks volumes about their confidence and integrity.

As with any used car, there were a couple of minor issues, but instead of brushing them off, the team offered solid advice and even had their in-house mechanic sort things out with a last-minute service. Shiva went above and beyond—he guided me through every step and even took me through the carwash himself to make sure it looked sharp before driving off.

If you’re in the market for a used car, I can’t recommend Carllection enough. It’s clear they’re in it for the long haul, building relationships and repeat customers—not just trying to flip cars like so many others. Totally different experience from the usual “sell you a car with no engine and wheels if they could” kind of place.

Less than 24 hours later the car is sitting in my driveway. Frank went out of his way to come in on a holiday to get me financed at a great rate. Arsalan & Shiva were awesome!! We went to 2 dealerships that morning where the sals people were snotty & not interested in a cash sale, wtf? But Carllection was great, the test drive was perfect, Shiva washed the car while we did the paperwork, Arsalan honored a $600 lower price from 2 days earlier! Not to mention he was hot to top it off, so we didn't mind waiting to sign everything..lol, definitely recommend going there, we're keeping our eye out for a backup car & it will be from Carllection!! 👍🏻
