Unfortunately, Missouri does not have laws against what was done to me.. After signing the paperwork, was informed the vehicle was returned multiple times.. Within three days of me having it, it stopped on me while my family was with me. $2000 down I lost, Return the car within three days and was told I have gap insurance.. It should be criminal what was done.. now my credit will be hit with a voluntary repo, For a vehicle I only had for three days. Stopped on me twice while my family was with me.. dangerous..

I had a wonderful experience. Hose was my sales representative and he was very knowlegable and helpful. Ed was the first person to call after i applied online and was very poliet and welcoming. I have already recommened them to someone i know looking for a car.

My Wife went in today Saturday with hopes of purchasing a car. Our daughter is graduating high school and turning 18. I called earlier in the week. Told the sales guy I would be in Saturday. Their hours are listed that they are open until 5 PM.. My Wife and I showed up at 3:15 some guy named Danny was inside. Said the salesman had already taken off for the day, but instructed me and My Wife to come with him and he could look at some stuff. Acted like we completely inconvenienced to them. They were very rude. What drew us in  was a Kia, on the phone, it was stated 1000 down and it was good. I show up today to look at the thousand down car and he instructed me that oh that one was a different color and that one sold. They both acted as if we inconvenienced them trying to purchase a car Was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life I highly recommend not going to this place.

I have brought 5 cars from this place over the years. Very reliable and straight forward. They have worked with me in getting into cars that fits my lifestyle. The cars are very affordable. Jose is great and knowledgeable. He helped me get into my car.

Do Not Buy here this place has to be one of the shadiest places i have seen i bought my car as a 19 year old who didnt really know much about the car buisness i currently work at a car dealership now and the way things are done there are night and day and it feels illegal when im told what kwik autos process is and how they work i changed jobs and instead of being able to email them my stub they made it hard for me to have to come in and now they are trying to get me for being late when i told them i changed jobs and would send them my check stub but was told i have to bring it in currently printing it out just like they could have they dont care about cars or people they care how much they can milk you for DO NOT BUY HERE p.s they will tell you if you need help when changing jobs and payment cycles need to be updated they will help and they dont like disabling vehicles but was threatened with it when im paying for october and its still october its sad actually. edit: i have changed my payments and can still confirm do not buy from here you will regret it
