Sofa with chaise in great condition. Pet free, non-smoking home. A couple of minor stains here and there but nothing that can’t be cleaned off. Last photo shows some stitching that came undone but that was how we purchased it. It hasn’t gotten any bigger since we bought it. VERY COMFORTABLE COUCH. Too big for our new home. Pickup only
