We are ready to part with our beautiful play loft. My kids have enjoyed making this into a fort, a library, restaurant, dungeon, etc. Friends come over and love to play. It is in great condition. Made of wood. This is the Model 2 and can be made into different configurations. It is not difficult to assemble.
